‘I am writing in relation to the Examination of the Horsham Local Plan.
This letter provides formal notification of the start of the October Hearing Sessions.
I can now advise you that the October hearing sessions for the examination will be held in the Council Chambers:

Springfield Road
Horsham
West Sussex
RH12 2GB
The Hearing Sessions will start at 10:00 Tuesday 13 October 2026 and continue until Thursday 22 October, with Friday 23 October held in reserve.
Inspector Jonathan Bore MRTPI is currently finalising the following documents:
- Examination Guidance Notes
- Detailed Hearing Programme
These documents will be issued separately as soon as they are available. They will contain information, amongst other information, on:
- how representors may participate in the hearing sessions;
- the arrangements for submitting hearing statements; and
- how to observe the hearings
